1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or registering for any Global Commodity Conclave event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Event Registration

Registration for any conference, summit, webinar, exhibition, or event is subject to availability and confirmation by Global Commodity Conclave.

Registration will be considered complete only after:

• Submission of the registration form.
• Receipt of full payment (where applicable).
• Confirmation from Global Commodity Conclave.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any registration at our sole discretion.

3. Payment Terms

Where registration fees apply:

• Full payment must be received before confirmation of registration.
• Registration is not guaranteed until payment has been successfully processed.
• Applicable taxes will be charged where required by law.
• Any bank charges or transaction fees shall be borne by the participant unless otherwise agreed.

For multiple participants from the same organization, combined payment may be accepted where approved by Global Commodity Conclave. Group discounts, if offered, apply only when registrations and payment are completed together and in accordance with the applicable offer.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to: updates@globalcommodityconclave.com

Refund Eligibility

• Cancellation requests received 15 or more calendar days before the event start date are eligible for a refund after deduction of a 15% administrative fee, unless otherwise stated in the event-specific terms.
• Cancellation requests received within 15 days of the event are generally non-refundable.
• Verbal or telephone cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Participant Substitution

If you are unable to attend, you may nominate another participant from your organization at no additional registration charge, subject to prior written approval by Global Commodity Conclave before the event.

5. Event Changes

Global Commodity Conclave reserves the right to:

• Change speakers
• Modify schedules
• Change venues
• Update agendas
• Replace sessions
• Postpone or reschedule events
• Cancel events when necessary

Such changes shall not constitute grounds for claims or compensation beyond the refund policy described herein.

6. Force Majeure

Global Commodity Conclave shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, postponements, or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• War
• Terrorism
• Civil unrest
• Epidemics or pandemics
• Public health emergencies
• Transportation disruptions
• Internet or communication failures
• Utility failures

If an event is cancelled due to Force Majeure, we may, at our discretion:

• Reschedule the event,
• Offer participation in a future event, or
• Refund the registration fee.

Global Commodity Conclave shall not be liable for travel, accommodation, visa, or other personal expenses incurred by participants.

7. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully throughout the event.

Global Commodity Conclave reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate without refund.

Badge sharing, badge swapping, or unauthorized transfer of event credentials is strictly prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, event materials, presentations, logos, trademarks, graphics, videos, photographs, documents, and other intellectual property remain the property of Global Commodity Conclave or their respective owners.

No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or used without prior written permission.

9. Marketing & Communications

By registering or submitting your information, you consent to receive communications relating to:

• Event updates
• Registration confirmations
• Speaker announcements
• Industry newsletters
• Promotional campaigns
• Future conferences
• Surveys
• Service updates

Communications may be delivered via:

• Email

• Telephone
• Google Advertising

You may unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time. Transactional communications relating to your registration may still be sent where necessary.
